- Minor color or design differences will not be considered defects or grounds for exchange.

- We reserve the right to update prices or introduce promotional offers without notice.
- We accept prepaid payments only through secure gateways. No Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an email confirmation.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched to our delivery partners.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or payment failures.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via reliable courier partners within 2-5 business days.
- Estimated delivery time ranges between 4-10 business days depending on the location.
- SINTHRONE is not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
📦 Exchanges:
- We only offer exchanges, not refunds.
- A product is eligible for exchange only if:
- A clear unboxing video is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The defect is visible and verified.
- The original thank-you card (included in the package) is shown in the video.
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
❌ Non-Exchangeable:
- Products with no video proof.
- Products returned after the 7-day period.
- Products without our thank-you card.
- Change of mind or incorrect sizing (unless it’s a manufacturing issue).
- Any order without a defect is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🛑 Rejected Exchanges:
- If the product shows signs of wear and tear, perfume, or washing.
- If the packaging or tags are missing.
- We record packaging of all orders via internal video for verification.
8. Product Care
- Instructions are included with products or on the product page.
- Damage caused due to neglect of care guidelines will not be eligible for exchange or support.

- These sales may occur without prior notice and are applicable only within the stated time period.
