🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility
We do not offer refunds. However, product exchanges are possible under the following strict conditions:
✅ Eligible for Exchange If:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The defect is shown clearly in an unboxing video (must show full unsealing of the parcel).
- The original “Thank You for Purchasing” card included in the package is presented.
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Not Eligible for Return/Exchange If:
- The unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
- The Thank You card is missing from the package.
- The product is in perfect condition, but the customer wants to cancel after dispatch.
- More than 7 days have passed since the delivery.
- The product was used, worn, or damaged by the customer.
📦 Unboxing Video Requirement
We follow a strict quality control process and record a video of your product during packaging. To be eligible for a replacement:
- You must record a complete unboxing video from parcel seal to product display.
- The product and Thank You card must be clearly visible.
- Videos without parcel opening will be rejected for any claim.
🚫 No Cancellations After Dispatch
Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partner, cancellation is no longer allowed. Whether you change your mind or face delays, refusal to accept the product is not permitted unless it falls under our defect policy.
🛍️ Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept prepaid orders only. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available due to high-quality control, video packaging, and exclusive drops.
🔄 Exchange Process
- Submit an exchange request by emailing sinthronework@gmail.com or contacting us through our Contact Page.
- Attach your unboxing video and order ID.
- Our team will verify and confirm if the exchange is valid.
- You’ll receive a replacement of the same product (size exchange is not guaranteed).
- The exchanged item will be shipped within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
🕒 7-Day Exchange Window
All eligible exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. No actions will be taken after 7 days, under any circumstances.
